Click here for a few photos of last night's lunar eclipse. We were so busy looking up that Emily was the first to notice the raccoon in our viewing party. Her scream scared him off before we could snap a photo.

We started blogging in 2007 to document a year-long family sailing adventure. Upon returning to our home base in Portland, Oregon, in 2008, our adventures and blogging continued. Sri Lanka and Malta took center stage for our 2018-2020 adventures. We were bicoastal (OR and PA) for a while in 2020-2022, but as we look ahead to our 16th year of posts, we're together in Oregon once again.
