We kicked-off the New Year with a drive to Baltimore, a city we last visited with the kids in 2007 via sailboat. The waterfront still looks very much the same (photo above is from January 2021; photo below is from September 2007) and brought back some fun memories from our time there aboard Jubilee. We started blogging in 2007 to document a year-long family sailing adventure. Upon returning to our home base in Portland, Oregon, in 2008, our adventures and blogging continued. Sri Lanka and Malta took center stage for our 2018-2020 adventures. We were bicoastal (OR and PA) for a while in 2020-2022, but as we look ahead to our 16th year of posts, we're together in Oregon once again.
